A local woman preparing for her first marathon is finding it hard to balance the demands of training with her other obligations, Dumb Runner has learned, including her full-time job, two young children, and a commitment to fighting a global cabal of devil-worshipping, cannibalistic pedophiles led by Democratic politicians, Hollywood celebrities, and high-ranking government officials.

“It’s a challenge, for sure,” Patricia Krenwinkel, 44, said during an interview via Signal, an encrypted messaging service. “There are only so many hours in the day, you know?”

For Krenwinkel, a devoted adherent of the QAnon conspiracy theory, those days typically begin at 5 a.m.

“I wake up early, walk the dog, have a little coffee, then get ready for my run,” she said. “On a good day I’ll run five or six miles before anyone else wakes up.”

After that, Krenwinkel said, her day is a blur of Zoom meetings for her job as a paralegal; housekeeping; helping her children with schoolwork; joining fellow QAnon followers online to discuss the status of “the Storm,” a day of reckoning on which thousand of elites and “Demoncrats” will be rounded up and executed so that a triumphant Donald Trump can be restored to the U.S. Presidency, ushering in a golden age of law, order, and white nationalism; and meal prep.

Krenwinkel tries to run longer on the weekends.

“By the time I hit the hay, I’m totally wiped out,” she said. “And then I wake up the next day and do it all over again.”

Krenwinkel said her training is going well, despite the demands on her time. She plans to run the Chicago Marathon this October—if, she said, it actually happens.

“It’s frustrating,” she said, “thinking that all my training might be wasted just because of some China virus spread by George Soros.”
