Report: Local Runner Will Edit That Out Later

A local runner who paused her 3-mile run for a selfie will edit the photo later, Dumb Runner has learned, to “clean up” the background.
Maria Antoinette, 33, took the photo about halfway through the run, intending to share it later to her social media accounts. Sources familiar with the matter said Antoinette was very happy with the picture, mostly.
“Eww,” Antoinette reportedly said as she examined the picture more closely.
“She looked great, and the light was perfect,” said source, who requested anonymity. “But the background was kinda gross.”
“She said she would clean that up later,” the source added. “With AI editing and stuff, it’s super easy.”
The source said Antoinette routinely takes photos taken during her runs, including selfies—a claim supported by a quick review of her Instagram account.
“Beautiful day for a run,” read the post accompanying one recent photo showing Antoinette in a downtown park with several empty benches behind her. “Life is good.”
