Report: 70% of Partner Stretches Lead to Super-Hot Sex

More than two out of three partner stretching sessions result in mind-blowing sex, according to a new report—a number that experts are calling “a little surprising” and “very hot.”
The findings are published in this week’s issue of “The New England Journal of Getting It On.”
“We expected to find some correlation between these ostensibly nonsexual, but very physical, interactions and arousal, but not at a level this high and this intense,” said Bill Armasmith, Ph.D., the report’s lead author. “It really caught us off guard, and, frankly, got us a little horny.”
For the report, researchers surveyed 6,900 healthy adults who performed stretching exercises with a partner at least once a week. Subjects ranged in age from 23 to 77; roughly half were married or in a committed relationship. Over a period of three months, each was asked to log the time, location, and duration of both their stretching sessions and their sexual activity.
“The results were striking,” Armasmith said.
Some 70% of the time, researchers learned, the subjects’ stretching sessions grew increasingly intimate, typically beginning with lingering touches, prolonged eye contact, and visible evidence of sexual arousal.
“From there, things tended to get very freaky, very fast,” said Armasmith, “and what began as an innocent exercise to increase flexibility turned into a full-fledged fuckfest.”
The findings held across all age groups, gender identities, and sexual persuasions, Armasmith noted.
The report offers little in the way of practical advice for those who indulge in partner stretching, or those now curious to try it, with one exception.
“Try to avoid performing your stretches in a public place, like a gym or public park,” Armasmith said. “Usually, with our subjects, that led to some undesirable outcomes.”
