(FREE!) 2016 Dumb Runner Calendar
/Readers, I was not going to produce a free, tiny, print-out-at-home calendar this year. (Like the one I did last year, and the year before that, when I was writing my Remy's World online column on RunnersWorld.com.)
For one thing, I am just too busy. For another, these free calendars, you may be surprised to learn, are not exactly money-makers. Mostly I wasn't going to make a calendar this year because of a serious lack of raw material—since this would be a Dumb Runner calendar, I'd have to use Dumb runner "posters." Thus far in this site's short life I've produced exactly three posters. One of which features a big portrait of Hitler. So a calendar this year was not in the cards.
Then I got bombarded by fans asking, begging, and pleading for a 2016 calendar. Well, three fans. But they were very vocal.
OK! I give up! The masses have spoken! Here is your free, tiny, 2016 wall calendar.
The instructions are simple:
- Print this page, preferably on a color printer. (And on glossy paper if you're feeling fancy.)
- Carefully cut out each of the 12 months.
- Staple your pages together at the top, or simply jab a thumbtack through 'em to display your calendar.
- Sit there and admire your free calendar, marveling at what a tremendous person I am.
Happy New Year, everyone. Here's to a joyous and healthy 2016.
Yours,
Mark
